Holiday Inn Express Harlow by IHG

Stayed at the Holiday express for two nights due to attending a course. Staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Mihaela during evening food service. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast and evening meals were surprisingly good . Down side was having to park up the road in a runndown multistorey carpark.

I stayed here with a group of girlfriends. We had two rooms between us. Both rooms were excellent, equipped with everything you could need, hairdryers, ironing boards, tea and coffee facilities. The rooms were emaculate, (thank you to the cleaning staff) the beds were really comfortable and had two choices of pillows, hard and soft, (something I've not come across before in any other hotel I've stayed in). Nice big TV and easy access to WiFi. The reception staff were exceptional, easy check in and really efficient and friendly. It got better. Breakfast (included) was something else. So much choice, hot and cold. The breakfast staff were also lovely, nothing was too much trouble. Coffee choices were varied and so were the breakfast choices, absolutely delicious. The whole hotel is very tastefully decorated and welcoming. More importantly, we felt safe and well looked after. Parking is easy and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for price and all the reasons above. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to ALL the staff, it was an excellent stay.

Aspa , Courtney Sienna and Grace at the front desk provided a warm, seamless check-in and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and address every request with a smile. Their genuine hospitality truly defined our experience. I will absolutely return!

First time staying in a holiday inn and it was lovely. It's right near the town shopping area, Room was clean and beds really comfy. Staff brilliant kind and friendly. Breakfast was a bit and miss but they had a selection of stuff so something for everyone. The bar has selections including different hot drinks. From station a slight walk away especially since the road and footpath is closed of but not to bad. If you take a Uber at the moment because of roadworks get it to Asda car park because it's only a 5 minute walk max from there.

Great value for money every time I stay here. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is consistently good. What really sets this hotel apart is the service, Mihaela and her team are excellent. They are friendly, professional, and always go the extra mile to make my stay enjoyable. They truly make me feel welcome and ensure every visit is a great one. Highly recommended.

My experience at this hotel was very positive. The rooms stand out for being spacious, very clean, and quiet, allowing for uninterrupted rest. The beds are large and incredibly comfortable. Although the furniture and decor look a bit dated, everything is well-maintained and in good condition, reflecting consistent upkeep and attention to detail. Another highlight is the breakfast, which is a buffet, varied, and of good quality, with enough options to suit different tastes. Overall, it's a comfortable, quiet, and well-maintained hotel, ideal for those who value rest, cleanliness, and a good breakfast, even if it's not a modern establishment.

We stayed saturday 7th March and booked through hotels.com. Hotels.com made a mistake on our booking but the ladies on the front desk were amazing and so helpful! I didnt catch their names but really want to pass on our thanks! The hotel itself was clean and comfortable with a good variety of breakfast

I stayed here while working in Harlow for a couple of weeks and here's my thoughts. Firstly the hotel is centrally located in Harlow close to everything the rooms were very comfortable and cleaned everyday very good beds smart TV etc. The breakfast was also great a good selection every morning and the restaurant serves very good food everything I had was very tasty highly recommended but the best part was the staff all hard working always smiling nothing was too much hassle a real credit to the hotel they were brilliant so if your in this area and need somewhere to stay this hotel is definitely worth a visit.
